Find software development and BPO projects from overseas clients and turn them into signed work.
We are growing our offshore development and BPO work for clients in the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, and the USA and Canada. You will find suitable projects, write winning proposals and hand qualified clients to our project team.
What you will do
- Search Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Clutch and other channels for matching projects every day
- Write tailored proposals and cover letters with the technical team
- Reach out to potential clients by email and LinkedIn
- Run first calls, understand requirements and arrange estimates
- Follow up until the deal is closed, and keep every lead updated in our CRM
- Report weekly on proposals sent, replies and projects won
What you need
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience bidding on freelance platforms or in IT sales
- Basic understanding of web, mobile and software projects
- Comfortable working with clients in other time zones
- Self-driven and target-oriented
