What is Semicolans?
Semicolans is a technology company providing POS, ERP, e-commerce and custom software solutions. Our products, including SePOS, SemiERP, Semico.lk and SemiGro, help businesses grow efficiently.
Where is Semicolans located?
Our headquarters is in Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka. We work with clients across Sri Lanka and abroad by video call, email and WhatsApp.
Can I get a quotation before buying?
Yes. Request a quote on our website or by WhatsApp and we will send a customised quotation for your needs.
Do I own the source code of my custom project?
Yes. On final payment we transfer the source code, designs and all accounts to you.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before discussing your project in detail whenever you need one.
Which time zone do you work in?
Sri Lanka time (GMT+5:30). That overlaps with UK and European mornings, the Gulf, and Australian afternoons. We schedule calls in your working hours.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, credit and debit cards, PayPal and online payment through PayHere and Stripe.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. For larger projects and enterprise products such as SePOS and SemiERP, instalment and milestone plans are available.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are issued from our system with a secure link where you can view, download and pay online. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk orders and enterprise solutions qualify for special pricing. Contact our sales team.

What is your response time?
Most requests are answered within 24 hours. Urgent issues are prioritised.
Do you offer remote assistance?
Yes. Our team provides remote support for installation, troubleshooting and updates.

Can I use SePOS without internet?
Yes. SePOS is fully offline. Sales, purchases, stock and accounting all work without internet and sync to the cloud when you reconnect.
How many devices can I connect?
Unlimited. Use SePOS on multiple devices and sync data with the SeReports app when online.
Are updates free?
Yes. SePOS users receive free system updates.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. With SeReports cloud sync you get branch-wise and consolidated reports.
