Payments

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Ownership

For custom projects, source code and designs transfer to the client on final payment. Our products remain our property and are licensed to you.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Semicolans IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007, company no. PV 00300436.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
