Install, configure and troubleshoot POS systems, databases and networks for our clients.
Join our support team and help clients with software and hardware installation, troubleshooting, and on-site and remote support for their business systems. Ideal if you enjoy IT, POS systems and hands-on problem solving.
What you will do
- Install and configure Microsoft SQL Server
- Troubleshoot Crystal Reports and database issues
- Install and troubleshoot Windows and software drivers
- Configure POS printers, barcode printers and scanners
- Set up and troubleshoot basic networks
- Give remote and on-site help to clients
- Document support work and keep service logs
What you need
- Diploma or certificate in IT, networking or computer hardware
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database connections
- Familiarity with Windows
- Networking basics: LAN, Wi-Fi and IP configuration
- Willing to learn and to travel to client sites
- Good communication and teamwork
