SeBot: running a business from WhatsApp;
Small business owners already live in WhatsApp. SeBot answers their customers with AI in three languages and lets the owner run accounts, CRM, stock and HR from the same chat.

The challenge
Small businesses get most of their enquiries on WhatsApp, often late at night and in Sinhala or Tamil as well as English. Owners could not answer all of them, and leads were lost.
The same owners found full business software too heavy to learn. They needed something that worked where they already spend their day.
What we built
We built SeBot as an AI assistant that lives on WhatsApp and the business's website.
- It answers customers 24/7 from the business's own knowledge base, in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- It captures leads into a six-stage sales pipeline, including leads from Facebook ads.
- The owner can raise invoices and record payments by message. Behind the scenes it keeps double-entry accounts with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Stock, staff clock-in, leave, payroll and PDF payslips all work from WhatsApp.
- Broadcasts, loyalty points, coupons and birthday reminders handle marketing, and a business summary arrives at 8am every day.
