TERP: one ERP for 20+ kinds of organisation;
A rice mill, a salon and a madrasa all need accounts, payroll and stock, but each works differently. TERP is a single cloud ERP with shared accounting at its core and industry modules on top.

The challenge
Sri Lankan businesses and community organisations were using separate tools for accounts, billing, stock and payroll, or a generic ERP that did not fit how they actually work.
Building separate software for every industry would be slow and costly to maintain.
What we built
TERP shares one core and adds a module for each industry.
- Double-entry accounting at the centre: ledgers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, budgets, cheques and petty cash.
- Sales, POS and multi-warehouse stock.
- HR with attendance, leave and payslips.
- More than 20 industry modules, including restaurant, salon, rental, jewellery, clinic, madrasa, rice mill and garage.
- SMS and email built in, plus an AI assistant that explains features and reports inside the app.
- It runs in the browser with nothing to install, and supports multiple branches and unlimited users.
